Return the goods

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several items are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as liquids cannot be returned. Additionally, gift cards are non-refundable.

Only partial refunds are available in certain circumstances (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not at fault on our part
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Cancel the order
All orders are final. If we are able to cancel your order before it ships, we will issue store credit for future purchases. We may take refund action at our sole discretion. But we need to deduct bank charges

Lost in transit package
In the rare event your order is lost in transit, you must contact us within up to 28 days of receiving your tracking information. Our courier partners are unable to investigate inquiries outside this timeframe, so we cannot assist with replacements or refunds. If our courier and logistics partners believe your order was lost in transit, we will issue a store credit or a replacement order based on the value of your order once we confirm the claim has been successful. No refunds are eligible except at our sole discretion. Packages lost in transit will need to be confirmed by the courier, which may be an additional 30 days after the estimated delivery date (see shipping schedule). This process may take 30-90 days.

Return to sender
If your package has been returned to us by the shipping company (return to sender). Once tracking information shows that the package is on its way back to us, a store credit will be issued for the value of your order.

Refund (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of the refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original form of payment within a certain number of days.

Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable).

Refunds can take up to 5 business days - unfortunately this is not something we can expedite and is in the hands of the credit card processor and/or bank.
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable, unfortunately promotional items are not refundable.

Gift
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned item.
